What's the story of 'Minicature'?
Firstly, welcome to our little gift boutique! We’re a Kolkata based duo – Dippyaman & Debodyuti turning our love for miniatures into reality. Born out of a passion project, we began crafting custom minis and have since expanded our collection to include a delightful range of thematic miniatures. It’s all made with love, right here in our home.
What does the name 'Minicature' means?
The name ‘Minicature’ is not a dictionary word. It is amalgamation of two words. Miniature+Caricature = Minicature
How is Minicature different than any other gift store?
Our goal is to make gifting thoughtful and special. Therefore we aim for creating custom and theme based minis to provide a personalized experience for all. We focus on adding our own artistic touch to each piece, making every item unique and special. We hope you enjoy our creations as much as we enjoy making them!

What are your products made of? Who makes them?
All of our products are 3D printed using premium quality resin and hand-painted with high-quality fade-proof acrylic and matte varnish to protect the colour lifelong. All items are designed and packaged in-house by D&D – sculpted and 3D printed by Dippyaman, painted and varnished by Debodyuti.
How durable are your products?
Our products are considered as decor items. They are not intended for rough usage but they can withstand accidental knocks and bumps. In case of thin / extended parts, they can be prone to damage.
How to take care and maintain the product?
Our products can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth or earbuds. Use gentle pressure, especially on thin or extended parts.
Other than your listed products, can you make something as per my need?
We are open to new product suggestions and ideas. If you have any product ideas or want to customise it differently, please feel free to contact us at hello@minicature.in or WhatsApp us at 98318 72066. We’ll review your suggestion and let you know if we can make it happen.
orders and delivery
How much time is taken per order?
Our handcrafted items take time to create. Custom orders like MiniPop / MiniSculpt ship in 10-14 days (standard) or 5-7 days (priority, with an extra charge). Readymade items like Art Minis, Fan Minis etc, ship in 3-5 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier. See individual product pages for more details.
How can I track my orders?
Once the order is shipped by us, we will provide the tracking details via mail / WhatsApp for you to track. Additionally you can visit https://minicature.shiprocket.co/ to track your orders manually.
What are your delivery partners?
We partner with Shiprocket to offer fast and reliable shipping through top couriers like Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, E-kart, and Shadowfax. Our system automatically selects the best carrier based on the customer’s location.
Are you available on Amazon or Flipkart?
We are not yet listed on other e-commerce platforms. Our products are currently available for purchase through our website / via Instagram DM / through our WhatsApp store / personal contacts.
Payment
What are the accepted mode of payments?
All UPI apps, Debit and Credit Cards, and NetBanking are accepted at our site. Our payment gateway is powered by PhonePe. We also accept payment by UPI QR, powered by Bank of Baroda.
Do you offer COD services?
No. All our orders are made-to-order, prepaid, and processed only after successful payment.
cancellations, returns, refunds
Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled. Please be certain of your needs and required timeline before ordering. Cancellations are accepted for generic readymade items like Art minis, Fan minis and Limited edition minis until they ship.
I have received a broken product. Can I get a refund?
We take utmost care while packing your item but shipment damages are not in our hands. If you’re concerned about damage during shipping, please make an unboxing video of the sealed package within one day of receipt. Please note that static images/ videos of the post-unboxing are not accepted. If you find any damage during unboxing, send the video proof to support@minicature.in or WhatsApp it to 98318 72066 immediately. If approved, we’ll replace/repair the item for free. We offer a 5-day return policy (from receipt) for this purpose, but we don’t offer refunds in these cases.
